Ravioli in a White Wine Tomato Cream Sauce

Ravioli in White Wine Tomato Cream Sauce

Hi, friend! I hope you’re having a great day so far! Today, I wanted to share one of my all-time favorite comfort recipes: Ravioli in a White Wine Tomato Cream Sauce . I don’t make it often, but when I do, it’s always a delicious hit that’s gone all too soon.

This recipe is great because it’s super customizable and comes together in under 20 minutes. Sometimes I have more veggies and I add mushrooms, peppers, and onions. Other times, I don’t have ravioli and instead use regular pasta or chickpea pasta for an extra protein kick. I’ve made this with sausage and ground turkey before, but also just veggies. This recipe can be adapted to YOUR preferences and YOUR needs!

This ravioli in a white wine tomato cream sauce recipe starts with sautΓ©ing veggies in a saucepan. From here, you can season to your liking. I like to add garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, lots of red pepper flakes (I love it spicy), and I like to be extra by adding a hint of truffle oil. Then, you add a jar of tomato sauce. Any brand will do, but my favorite is Rao’s which uses simple high quality ingredients–trust me, you can taste the difference. Next up, add your white wine, heavy cream, and parmesan cheese. Add some pasta water (this helps the sauce stick better to your pasta because of the starches in the water) and your cooked pasta to the saucepan and you’re done! So quick, so easy, so delicious.
